Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) apply to any order placed on this website with L-RITÈGE (hereinafter “L-RITÈGE”).

1. Products

L-RITÈGE offers perfumes for sale. The essential characteristics of each perfume (volume, olfactory notes) are stated on its page. Photographs are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding. Offers are valid while stocks last.

2. Prices

Prices are stated in euros, net, excluding delivery charges. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). Delivery charges are shown before the order is confirmed. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may be charged upon receipt; these remain payable by the customer. L-RITÈGE may change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

3. Orders

The customer selects their perfumes, checks their basket, enters their details and confirms payment. Confirmation of the order constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs. A confirmation email is sent to the customer. L-RITÈGE reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a prior dispute, suspected fraud or product unavailability; in that case the customer is refunded in full.

4. Payment

Payment is made online, in full, using the methods offered at the time of the order (bank card and other methods displayed). Payments are secured by our payment service provider; L-RITÈGE has no access to the customer's banking details.

5. Delivery

Perfumes are shipped to the address provided by the customer. The areas served, rates and delivery times are set out on our Delivery page. If a parcel arrives damaged, the customer is asked to record reservations with the carrier and to contact us within 48 hours with photographs.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumer customers have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without having to give any reason, under the conditions described on our Returns and Refunds page. In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), this right does not apply to perfumes that have been unsealed or opened after delivery, which cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons.

7. Statutory warranties

Products are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code – Code de la consommation) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code – Code civil). If a product is defective or non-compliant, please contact us: it will be replaced or refunded.

8. Precautions for use

Perfumes contain alcohol: flammable product, keep away from flames and heat, and out of the reach of children. For external use only. Do not apply to irritated skin. If a reaction occurs, discontinue use.

9. Personal data

The data collected is necessary for processing orders. It is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. The customer has a right of access, rectification and erasure, which may be exercised by writing to lritegefrance@gmail.com.

11. Disputes and governing law

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a difficulty, the customer is invited to contact our customer service first in order to seek an amicable solution. Consumer customers may refer the matter to a consumer mediator free of charge. Failing agreement, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers in their country of residence.
